Description
These pre-cut bladder skins are a great option for re-skinning pads without using scissors to cut the bladder. While this size won’t work for all pads, the 32mm diameter is a great one-size solution if there ever was one as it will work for the most popular flute pad sizes and the largest flute pad sizes. It can always be cut down if needed.
We recommend using these bladder skins with our Flute Pad Assembly Dies. Wrap the bladder around the components of the pad with a small amount of water and Elmer’s Glue-All multi-purpose glue. For more on re-skinning technique, read our article of Reskinning Straubinger Flute Pads.
Yellow bladder is typically used for flute pads. White bladder is typically used for clarinet pads.
