Base Kit Includes:

• V-Block Vise Column

  • Small 5/8″ Hole
    • Fits JLS Flute Body Bar perfectly.
    • Secured by Allen wrench.
    • 360º rotation allows for use on both sides of body bar.
  •  Large V-Block Style Hole
    • Fits a variety of mandrel sizes.
    • Fits up to a Bass Flute Mandrel.
    • Designed to work with JLS Flute Station Tone Hole Rod.
    • Works in conjunction with burnishing column.
    • Mandrels can be secured by brass threaded T-handle (to avoid damaging steel mandrels).

• Burnishing Column

  • Can fit included burnishing tools:
    • Burnishing Wheel – Concave
    • Burnishing Head – Stainless
  • Can fit other add-on burnishing tools – not included with Base Kit:

• Flute Station Quick-Swap Tool Holder

  • Fits 1” tooling.
  • Spring loaded ball allows for quick fitting and quick release along the mounting rod.
  • Can slide (with minimal resistance) to be repositioned along the mounting rod.

• Flute Station Clamping Tool Holder

  • Fits 1” tooling.
  • Secures with clamp to avoid sliding.
  • Ideal tool holder for work that requires upward motion like body straightening and tenon expanding.
