This latest version of the LED Leak Lights feature a number of improvements:
- The lights are not affixed to a cord, which allows the user to keep one cord out and simply switch out the lights as needed
- There are 2 extension cords (purchased separately) that allow the switch to be closer to the LED light (switching between on and off repeatedly is an essential leak testing technique)
- One long LED emitter strip (as opposed to several spaced-out LED emitters) allows full light emission 360º around the tube
- Easier on the eyes
- Components can be purchased separately as opposed to in kits
For owners of the original style LED Leak Lights:
- Power Supply AC Adapter (purchased separately) works with original style LED Leak Lights as well
- 360º LED Leak Lights can work with original style On/Off Switch
