JLS Tonehole Facing Stone

Very fine grit leveling stone to assist in facing flute tone holes.  Level the hole’s face and remove minor nicks and dings in the tone hole face.  Use with a drop or two of your favorite light oil to keep the stone shedding (rather than gathering) the metal particles.  To keep control and insure flatness, apply light downward pressure over the tone hole with a thumb of one hand while moving the stone side to side with the other hand.
