Crack Chaser Saw Blade w/ Arbor

This ultra-thin and flexible mini-circular saw blade allows it to follow most curves that an instrument crack will take.

• This set comes with a 1/16″ arbor for mounting in a bench motor.
• Follow a wooden woodwind instrument crack with this Crack Chaser Saw Blade to expose fresh wood which will create a better bonding surface for CA adhesive. Combine this technique with our Carbon Fiber Crack Rod pinning and you’ve got a permanent repair.
• We find it best to mount the saw in a bench motor (slower speed) which lets the technician use two hands to control the instrument.
