JLS 12" Bell Flare Roller

A sturdy bell flare roller is perhaps the most used tool in the brass repair department and certainly essential in removing bell dents and creases. With a roller, removing dents and blending is easier than burnishing, and will not mark the metal. Recently redesigned with a well rounded "safety" cap on the business end.
Stainless steel 12" roller 1-5/16" diameter on an extended 1/2" handle to be held in a vice.
The length of both the handle and the roller allows for dent removal in all brass instruments including French horn and Tuba.
The radius plastic nose acts as a safety to reduce the likelihood of creasing the bell when working towards the end of the tool.
Removing dents and blending is effortless as compared to traditional burnishing methods.<
